Taking into account the urgency and relevance of project management in modern management, Higher School of Business KFU implements the "Project Management" course at the MBA and DBA programs, as well as corporate programs. On September 3-4, 2018, the School implemented a corporate program "Project Management" for the management of OAO "Grid company". 11 branch directors of the company were were trained on the theory and practice of modern project management. A well-known specialist in the field, partner of the School Mikhail Dubovik was invited as a lecturer.
Mikhail Dubovik - certified specialist in the field of project management, professional qualifications that are confirmed by PMI, IPMA, Projects Manager, consultant and coach to large projects: Development of ISO standards "Project management", Project "Leadership as a choice" jointly with OAO "Sberbank of Russia", Development of GOST standards in a series "Project management", Projects "School of project managers", etc. In addition, M. F. Dubovik is the co-author of the textbook "Project Management", specially designed for MBA students.
During a corporate seminar "Project Management" for OAO "Grid Company" the following keypoints were considered:
- theoretical base of project management;
- life cycle of the project;
- project planning;
- project team technology selection;
- standards of project management;
- information resources in project management;
- project financing;
- flexible approaches to ptoject management (Agile, Scrum, etc);
- systems of project management.
Participants received a training on a project management.
