Higher School of Business KFU organized the "Leadership" Seminar of the London Business School professor Richard Jolly

January 30, 31 2017, the Higher School of Business organized a two-day seminar by Richard Jolly, professor at the London Business School, for heads of government authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of enterprises and banks, leadersof Educational and scientific institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Richard Jolly:

  • Professor of organizational behavior at the London Business School;
  • Director of the consulting firm Stokes & Jolly Consulting Limited;
  • Leadership consultant for leading world companies: Air Liquide, Areva, Arla, Barclays, Carlsberg, Clariant, Danone, Deutsche Bank, Ernst & Young, IBM, Johnson Matthey, NBK Petroleum, Linklaters, Lloyd of London, Lufthansa, Nestle, Nordea, Orascom, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Rabobank, Rio Tinto, Roche, SABIC, Sberbank, Telenor, World Economic Forum and YPO.

The lecture discussed leadership tools; effective state cooperation, business structures, educational and scientific institutions. In the constructive discussions, barriers to the interaction of the above clusters and ways of overcoming them were considered. The seminar also discussed the creation of a culture of joint action to stimulate innovation in the Republic. Thus, the participants in the two-day seminar were provided with systemic management information, which, in today's context, is relevant to all spheres of government.
