Change Management - a program for the top management of TagraS Holding

In September, the Sviyazhsky Kholmy complex hosted a three-day visiting educational module on Change Management for the top management of the TAGRAS oilfield services holding.

The goal of the module is understanding of effective change management, conducting the necessary organizational transformations in the company, determining ways of effective interaction in the face of changes.

On the first day of the module a strategic session was held by Olga Alexandrova, a business consultant in the field of design and development of strategic management systems. The session discussed possible models of strategic management, types of strategic decisions, strategic management traps of the organization, etc.

The second and third days of the module were led by a foreign consultant in the field of change management and organizational transformation, Dean of the Adizes Higher School (USA), President of the Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA), Doctor of Science Virginijus Kundrotas. The seminar was dedicated to change management tools in the company using the Adizes methodology. The seminar participants examined the problems that arise at different stages of the organization’s life cycle, 11 steps of organizational transformation.

Director General of TAGRAS Holding Lenar Nazipov notes: “At each stage of its development, the company is faced with certain unique tasks, professional solutions that are the key to growth and success, financial and economic sustainability of companies. Our goal today is to strengthen the position of the country”. Lenar Limovich wished his colleagues - heads of the divisions of the holding - to effectively apply the results of the seminar and change management tools in the holding company. The Director General thanked all the expert teachers.   

The Dean of the Higher School of Business KFU Alsu Akhmetshina noted the high motivation of the top management of the holding - the seminar participants. It is about practical transformations in accordance with the mission and strategy of the holding.
