SOLEMN СEREMONY OF DELIVERING DIPLOMAS TO GRADUATES OF MASTER'S PROGRAMS

A solemn presentation of master's degrees in the fields of Economics and Management (Business and Finance and Enterprise Management programs) took place at the KFU Higher School of Business.

Masters of this issue have prepared and defended dissertations on current topics, among them:

- "Implementation of a personnel motivation system based on key performance indicators in the MFC of the Republic of Bashkortostan" - Renata Khasanova (scientific advisor Rakhmatullin I.A., Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor)

- "Research of key success factors of startups and risk assessment of innovative entrepreneurship" - Khabibullin Fanil (scientific advisor Rakhmatullin I.A., Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor)

- "Development of the financial support system for small agribusiness" - Sabirov Yazilya (scientific advisor Vagizova V.I., Doctor of Economics, Professor)

- "Artificial intelligence and the possibilities of its use in financial markets" - Andrey Bochkarev (scientific advisor Koch I.A., Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor)

- "Management of business processes and key performance indicators of light industry organizations" - Tatiana Moshkova (scientific advisor Kaspina R.G., Doctor of Economics, Professor)

- "Formation of a marketing strategy as a tool to increase competitiveness in the market" - Anna Tkach (scientific advisor Vagizova V.I., Doctor of Economics, Professor)

Director of the HSB, Doctor of Economics, Professor. Akhmetshina Alsu Rinatovna wished the graduates further success in their professional activities and career growth. Alsu Rinatovna invited the masters to continue their education at the HSB at the postgraduate and MBA levels, and also recommended to keep in touch with the school and classmates, urged them to proudly bear the name of a graduate of the KFU Higher School of Business, to be ready for continuous learning and the conditions of changing reality.

The  masters thanked the School for the high quality of educational programs, attentive attitude to students, effective organization of the educational process.
